We’re proud to welcome nationally acclaimed chef and James Beard-honored talent, Mark G. Henry, as the Executive Chef of The Marquette Hotel. With more than 25 years of culinary experience, including cooking at the prestigious James Beard House and leading the kitchen for the Minnesota Vikings, Chef Mark brings a fresh, locally inspired approach to each of our signature dining experiences.
His return to Minneapolis marks a new chapter in our culinary program, centered around ingredient-driven dishes that celebrate Midwestern flavors and hospitality. Expect menus that are elevated yet approachable and crafted to bring people together over honest, delicious food.
